Collection YLVAYA 2021

Scandinavian designs made of biscuit porcelain, which are carefully cutted by hand.

My resource of inspiriation is the nature which you can see through my designs.

Every piece in this collection has been carefully hand cut to ensure the sharpness of the thin lines on the edges. I use biscuit porcelain to achieve the matte appearance and textually represent the raw material. All the pieces is made in a small artisinal factory in Chaozhou where the knowledge of this trade has been maintained for over 2000 years.This is a small production where the mould need to be change often because of the thin lines on each designs.
